Explore the lives of four individuals’ stories from 19th century Fort Monroe and how they coped with the trauma they suffered. \nSave the dates for a special guest speaker series! \nVisit us on Saturday\, July 16\, 2022 from 1-2 p.m. Karie Murrillo from Fleet & Family will talk about Mind\, Body\, Mental Fitness.
